Body drainage
Body drainage is a specific manual massage technique characterized by very gentle and precise movements (rhythmic and directional rotations, wave-like effleurages, etc.), without oil.
It gently stimulates the lymph node chains in order to bring about better circulation of fluids (lymph, blood, interstitial fluid) in the tissues.
Kansa Wand

Le Chi Nei Tsang est un massage traditionnel du ventre à l'huile, qui permet d’améliorer la circulation énergétique des organes internes et de favoriser une bonne gestion des émotions. Il lutte contre la fatigue générale, détoxifie et fortifie le système immunitaire et libère les émotions.
Maderotherapy
Maderotherapy is a Colombian massage technique that combines lymphatic drainage, manual massage, and the use of wooden rollers. It treats cellulite, firms the body, and relieves muscle tension, while offering a moment of deep relaxation.
Deep tissue
Deep Tissue massage is a slow and deep technique that targets muscle tension. It improves your mobility and posture while promoting better overall health by stimulating circulation and the elimination of toxins. I use my forearms, elbows, and fists to stretch the tissues, often without oil or with a small amount of shea butter, to maximize the effectiveness of the treatment.

Facial shiatsu
Facial Shiatsu is an energy-based technique that revitalizes and relaxes. By applying pressure on acupuncture meridians located on the shoulders, neck, skull, and face. Practiced without oil, this method gives a radiant complexion and an overall sense of well-being. It detoxifies the skin, reduces wrinkles, improves skin elasticity, and alleviates stress, insomnia, and fatigue. It rebalances the body's energy, promotes blood and lymphatic circulation, and induces deep relaxation.
Star
The Star Massage involves massaging the five extremities of the human body: the head, both hands, and both feet. This massage stimulates the reflex zones located in the most sensitive areas of the skin. Each extremity is massaged and stimulated with sliding and pointed pressures, stretches, kneading, and mobilizations
Drainage lymphatique
Modelage manuel caractérisé par des mouvements très doux et précis (rotations rythmées et directionnelles, effleurages en vague…), sans huile.
Elle stimule en douceur les chaînes ganglionnaires dans le but d’amener une meilleure circulation des fluides (lymphe, sang, liquide interstitiel) dans les tissus.
Sokushindo
Le Massage Japonais des pieds “Sokushindo” stimule les zones réflexes des pieds et les points d’énergie situés sur les méridiens et libère les nombreuses petites articulations des pieds. Il soulage les jambes lourdes et fatiguées et facilite l’élimination des toxines.
